NWA TECH SUMMIT
AGENDA | EXPERIENCES

Leveraging regional resources to juxtapose speakers on the forefront of tech trends against a backdrop of rugged yet refined Ozark beauty, Northwest Arkansas Tech Summit is a magnet for top talent across the country; serving as an experiential marketing vehicle for our region to tell its story, showcase its amenities and economic opportunities while elevating and evolving the perception of NWA globally.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20

6:00 PM

An intersection of Art, Technology and Mountain Biking

“Scientists have found plenty of connection between exposure to outdoor spaces and people’s well-being. Nature stimulates reward neurons in your brain. It turns off the stress response, which means you have lower cortisol levels, lower heart rate and blood pressure, and improved immune response,” Harvard physician Eva M. Selhub, coauthor of Your Brain on Nature.

Where: Crystal Bridges – The Amazeum - Slaughter Pen Trail System | Bentonville, Arkansas

What

  • A one of a kind trailhead cookout with local music, food and drink.

  • TED style talks from speakers driving tech in the MTB industry.

  • Guided MTB rides from BuckyBall Field through Slaughter Pen Trail System to the World’s Best Trailhead (Downtown Bentonville) and back.

  • Experience the forest as you never have before as nature, art and technology are woven together.

What’s next…after next? It’s not a question, it’s a mindset

Northwest Arkansas is home to JB Hunt (Fortune 354), Tyson (80) and Walmart (1.)

In addition, 400 of the Fortune 500 have locations here to serve these three local entrepreneurs. We have witnessed the growth of an economic ecosystem of over 1400 vendors and service providers throughout the region.
