🎟️ How do I get a ticket to the NWA Tech Summit?
There are three ways to attend this year:
Sponsorship and Sponsored Tickets - View our available sponsorship opportunities and get a package of tickets with your support. Those with sponsored tickets have access to all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, Welcome Celebration, Tech Crawl, Fuel & Friends, and lunch. A limited number of invitations are available to sponsors for access to the VIP Reception.
Individual ticket - Purchase an individual ticket for the Summit. Hurry and get yours today before the price increases to $250 per ticket on October 2. An individual ticket includes admission to all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, Welcome Celebration, Tech Crawl, Fuel & Friends, and lunch. It does not include access to the VIP Reception which has limited availability and is only for sponsors.
Complimentary ticket - If you’re a high school student, college student, educator, entrepreneur, or active duty military/veteran, you are encouraged to request a complimentary ticket. 📱Why did I get an email asking for me to upload a photo after I registered for a ticket?
This year, our friends at Verizon + Wicket Software are bringing their “Accelerated Access” platform to the NWA Tech Summit. Your face will be your ticket to scan and access the Summit.
🏨 Where should I stay during the NWA Tech Summit?
Our primary venue at the Rogers Convention Center (3303 S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758) is connected to the Embassy Suites and is the closest location to our conference programming.
We also recommend checking out all of the incredible Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce member hotels and accommodations.
🥪 What is the food situation for breakfast and lunch?
Breakfast is on your own. Food trucks will be outside of the Rogers Convention Center if you would like to purchase breakfast on your way in.
Lunch is available for sponsors and their ticket holders as well as those who have purchased individual tickets. Those with complimentary “no charge” tickets will be on their own for lunch.
